This week, I’m recommending this fine article about our “tech conferences” and what they really represent for education. Ben Williamson does a good job, critically thinking about these ritualistic events we honor and attend. I spent much of every year for decades going to them and I’ll tell you - I’m now glad to be our of said “church” of future providence. If anyone tries to sell you on “the future” - run for the hills!
